New Patients
Select this option if this is your first time to Back in Balance Chiropractic. This visit includes a full history, physical exam, diagnosis, treatment plan, and treatment. X-ray’s or further imaging may be prescribed at this time.
Subsequent Visit
Visit includes myofascial release techniques, laser, TENS, adjustments, mobilizations, and/or rehabilitation exercise.
Adjustment
Visit includes manipulation of the joints. Excellent to help keep the joints moving and relax tight and tender muscles. Also great for preventive and maintenance spinal care.
Re-evaluation/New-complaint
Visit includes an updated history, physical exam, and treatment for an old or new complaint.
Acupuncture
Visit includes a medical acupuncture treatment. Excellent for pain reduction and chronic problems.
Orthotics
Custom orthotics prescribed from foam casting or innovative gait-scan technology. Orthotics are excellent for many conditions of the feet, knees, hips and back.
